The Wholehearted Happiness Club is a community of women, coming together to develop our physical, mental, social, and spiritual wellbeing, and strive towards living and loving with wholehearted happiness.  

What is the

Wholehearted Happiness Club?

A community of women rising together to live and love with their whole hearts

In May 2020 I had reached breaking point. I had handed in my notice to my stressful job and decided to go it alone and start my own business. We were deep in a global pandemic and I felt lost, lonely and demotivated. Sitting on my own at my desk, I knew I needed a community to help me get through this transformative time. I wanted somewhere I could vent my frustrations, seek advice and guidance, and women to grow with as we made our own journeys. I wanted to share my wellbeing and mindset skills and gain skills from other women in return. 

 

I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I reached out to other women who were working from home, solo entrepreneurs and business women, and other women I felt could do with some company, and the Wholehearted Happiness Club was born.

 

Our ethos is supporting each other to feel seen and valued. To help one another through challenges and difficult times and to develop ourselves so that we can all thrive.

 

We are stronger together. And because of our strength we can be vulnerable enough to grow and to prioritise ourselves enough to really find and live with wholehearted happiness. 

 

In the Jungle Book the wolf pack leader Akela says to Mowgli "The strength of the wolf is the pack. The strength of the pack is the wolf" and this metaphor runs through the club.

The Wholehearted Happiness club is a membership where women like you can learn the tools to overcome mindset blocks, learn to be still and clear your mind, practice yoga in a way that promotes self-love and compassion, and be part of a community of women so that you never have to feel alone.

 

It’s not about fake positivity or pretending to be happy when you aren’t. It’s about learning how to listen to your intuition, act on your instincts and live in a way that brings you deep joy.

 

Underpinned by the four pillars of well-being, I support your physical, mental, social and spiritual needs, so that you can feel safe to be yourself, and live and love with your whole heart.

 

Brené Brown describes wholehearted people as those who feel worthy of love, and who live and love with their whole hearts. Her concepts and teachings also flow through this membership. She describes cultivating a wholehearted life as like walking towards a star in the sky. You’ll never really arrive but you’ll always be heading in the right direction.

 

With this in mind, within this membership we are not striving towards reaching a particular destination or target, but travelling in the direction of self-acceptance, self-love and wholehearted happiness.

 

And we're doing it together because human connection is a requirement of human happiness.

Yoga for mind, body and soul

On Tuesdays at 8.45am BST/GMT

  • 30, 45 and 60 minute classes

  • Suitable for all abilities with adaptations given

  • Designed to increase self-love, confidence, acceptance and enjoyment - it's not about the shape you make but the connection you find getting there

Outside of the live sessions we have a supportive WhatsApp community and a Facebook group. 

  • Ask questions any time and a member of the community will be there to support you

  • All our experiences are valid so sharing is a vital part of our journey together

Wider impact and supporting young women globally

Global Impact 

Our ethos is that we rise together, and taking this out to a wider, global community helps us make a greater impact

  • £1 from every membership goes towards sponsoring girls who need our support through Plan International

  • Our first sponsored girl is 14-year old Livania who lives in war-torn East Timor

  • Your personal development can help to educate and protect even more girls to give them opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have

Who is Zoé Carroll?

I'm the founder of the Wholehearted Happiness Club and I can't wait to meet you

I am a yoga and mindfulness teacher and life coach, whose life is to live with love and joy, and to inspire others to live with love and joy and the possibilities that brings.

 

I have always loved the excitement of adventure and am trained as a sports scientist, using my expert knowledge of the mind and body to bring out the best performances in people, even when they thought that they were already at their limit.

 

My passion for life coaching was born out of aiding my husband’s recovery from psychological trauma, and bringing up my son who has a neurological chromosome syndrome. Understanding how the nervous system adapts and changes means that I have been able to use this knowledge to bring positive changes to my family – bringing my husband back from the brink of suicide, and parenting the happiest boy I’ve ever met, despite his challenges. I’m also wildly proud of my daughter who has weathered the storms with me and joins me on my adventures when we need a break.

 

From learning how to overcome fears by working with extreme sports performers, to learning how to still the mind and body using yoga and mindfulness, I have studied the nervous system and the mind-body connections of successful people in all walks of life. Using this research, I developed a mindset programme but felt there was something missing.

 

The Wholehearted Happiness Club combines the mindset training I developed, with yoga practice, mindfulness training and a community of women to share the wisdom of how you can use your mind and body to bring about the changes you want to in your own life, so you can be unapologetically and wildly happy too.

 

As a teacher of more than twenty years, I wanted to share the benefits of my experiences with as many women as possible. So often our own dreams are swept aside as we put the needs of others before our own, that we can get lost on the way.

 

This membership is here to support you to live and love with your whole heart, to connect with yourself on a deep, spiritual level, and to be the happiest that you can be, no matter what difficulties and circumstances you face.

Being in the Happiness Club is like having a big cuddle with like-minded women. The yoga is such a nice change to just attending zoom calls and is really uplifting.

 

The subjects that are covered in the club are sometimes quite deep but for a good reason to push us out of our comfort zone to help us grow even more. 

 

Zoé is the perfect host for this club as she is so uplifting and full of energy with is infectious. I would recommend this club is you are looking for a collection of women that will support and uplift you.
