Who is Zoé Carroll?

I'm the founder of the IGNITE programme and I can't wait to meet you.

Running your dream business successfully on your terms will mean different things for everyone. Your version of success is what matters, and this is why I'm here for you.

When I started my business, a lot of the advice was all about maximising profit, selling high-ticket coaching to the few who could afford it, working all of the hours, focussing obsessively about one thing, ignoring my own energy levels and pushing through.

The advice I found was neurotypical, often masculine and not at all aligned with my spiritual, kind soul and it felt like I was being forced to take a route that I didn’t want to go down.

It wasn't how I wanted to do business, and I had to look hard to find a better way.

I've found out what works for me, my style of working, my neuro-type, my energy levels and my preferences. My business works for me and feels amazing to run. I want to share this programme with you because I don't want you to ever feel hopeless or helpless or give up on your dream because you don't know what to prioritise, or how to lay the foundations for a business that loves you as much as you love it.

I've made loads of mistakes along the way and learnt a lot of things the hard way so that you don't have to. Before I really understood the strategy that I now share with others, I thought about giving up, and I am so glad every day that I didn't.

Instead, I found my tribe, found a supportive group of fellow business people all doing things their way and tried and tested several approaches before finding what I like.

It's this level of flexibility that I want to share with you.

It's your business, and it's got to fit you. You're building a business, not creating a job for yourself!

I'm here to teach, coach and mentor you in the ways that you can:

Having owned and run multiple wellbeing businesses and with a background in education, I'm well placed to teach you in a way that is going to make sense, not lead to overwhelm, and get you taking action to create a stable, reliable business that you feel confident in and are happy to shout about.

What's included?

Online course content that you can consume at your own speed plus access to my free online co:working group for support and accountability

We all make progress at different speeds, so going at a fixed pace doesn't always work for us.

And we've all got life going on - so I've made this course as flexible as possible.

You'll have access to all of the course content as soon as you sign up, and you'll keep access for 6 months. I haven't made the content available forever because I want you to complete it, and without any urgency at all, you probably won't.

My supportive co-working community uses the Zoom platform and you can access any of the co-working sessions that happen within the 6 months that you have access to the course.

And you can ask questions in the co-working space too.

You will also be able to book 2 x 30-minute one to one milestone coaching calls with me to ask any questions, support you with your progress and keep you accountable for completing the programme and applying the processes to your business.

By the end of the programme you'll be able to:

Define what success means to you and design a business that is purpose-led and values-driven.
Identify your dream clients and be able to start building your audience of people who love what you do by using your simple, personalised strategy.
Confidently create content that talks to your dream clients, and helps them self-identify as people who need your services.
Create packages and service offers that your dream clients will love, and that you feel confident about talking about, and selling.
Understand and correct your feelings of dread, anxiety and self-doubt.

When's it happening?

Whenever it suits you over the next 6 months!

You will have access to the initial course content as soon as you join the programme.

You'll also have access to (most weeks) weekly live Zoom co-working calls with me to check your progress and for you to ask any questions that you have.

You'll also have 2 x 30-minute milestone one to one coaching calls with me that you can book as you make progress through the programme to check that you are getting the absolute best value from your investment.

You will have access to the course content for 6 months from when you join the programme, and can choose to stay on for longer after your initial 6 months for an additional cost.
